Loki framed his words exactly right. She likely still thinks Loki is an asshole who deserves anything he gets… but at the same time, she’s in a zero sum-game: BOTH SIDES are fighting for what’s sacred to them (Anne’s friends, Freya’s family).
I’ve normally considered “words fail” to mean that one has lost the argument, time to cede the point. But this is a different enough argument that words will always fail here. So, go to point of balance and throw it off kilter seems like really the only option.
Yeah, Loki is not famed for his physical power…… also, when in doubt punch them in the face

“That’s for mindflaying everyone I love, asswipe.”
Punching, the most useful language in the world for when words fail. 🙂

The last couple of years, we’ve been seeing plenty of those “different enough” arguments, though.

Puny god…..
Anne Smash!!!
The thing about this plan, it was poorly thought out.
I hope that this breaks the spell on jason.
Question is if it can really be called a spell, or if this is now simply their natural state with Jason now just along for the ride.
No, it’s definitely a spell. Not only did he do the swirly eyes, but Jason did pretty well explaining to Freya that Loki was just using her.
The sound effect should have been: Ka-Pow!
😀
Thank you Robin.
